CANDORA’s Kids’ Gift Shop gives children ages 0–16 from Edmonton’s vulnerable communities the opportunity to choose a free holiday gift for a special adult in their lives. This year, we hope to welcome 450+ families!
Your generosity helps make this possible. We welcome monetary donations, gift cards, themed baskets, and new gift items, including hygiene products, puzzles and games, colouring books, chocolates and sweets, winter items, and more!

Yoga Classes
Fridays from 1:00 PM - 2:15 PM
Join our Accessible Yoga classes with the YOGA Association of Alberta, either in-person at Abbottsfield Rec Centre, or online via Zoom.
These gentle, beginner-friendly and trauma-informed sessions offer a safe and supportive space to improve mobility, boost mental well-being, and reduce feelings of isolation. Modifications will be given for those who need a chair for support.
Bonus: On-demand class recordings available for all registered participants.

Connect with other mothers in a warm, welcoming space to explore breastfeeding support, prenatal and postnatal nutrition, and homemade baby food prep. Designed for expecting moms and families with babies up to 18 months. This group covers safe sleep practices, hygiene, and wellness habits to help you and your baby thrive.
